Joy Ann

Joy Ann was born on 8 December 1968 in the USA. She was born to African American parents. She has been always supported by her family since her childhood. She was born in New York but most of her childhood was spent in Denver. She spent her teenage years in Denver. She went to a local high school before being enrolled into the Harvard University. She has been a very talented student as can be seen by her results. She got into Harvard after cracking up the entrance exam which is a very big deal as not many people are able to get into the Harvard. She graduated from Harvard in 1991 with a degree in film studies. She had at this point in time made up her mind as to what she wanted to do in the future.

In 2003 she was awarded the fellowship at the Knight Center for Specialised Journalism. After graduation, she started to work as a journalist with the dream of reaching the very top. At first, she started at a local news channel but in 2004 she was appointed the Florida Deputy Commission Director in the election campaign. She also joined Barack Obama for the Frida part of his campaign which was a great success. She later started to work at The Miami Herald as a political columnist.

Her fame grew day by day as she often wrote great pieces of articles on her page. In 2013 she joined the MSNBC and there she hosted The Reid report. This show, however, was canceled due to low TRP and later she was moved to another role. In 2015 she was appointed as the national correspondent at the MSNBC. This is where she started to get viewers and was on a rise as a news journalist.

Apart from her TV presence, she has also written a couple of books one of which called Fracture has been a hit in the USA. This book is about Barack Obama and his rise from the bottom to the very top becoming the president of the USA. She has always been an admirer of him and she showed it through her book. She is currently seen as a senior figure at the MSNBC and is expected to work for almost a decade if anything doesn't go wrong.
