Bonnie Schneider

Bonnie Schneider was born and raised in Jericho, New York (United States) on 1969. Her mother was Rhoda Schneider and his father was Stephen B. Schneider.


Bonnie studied Journalism in "Boston University' and she graduated from there in 1991. After finishing her career, she was not satisfied and decided to study meteorology at "The state university New York" that was in Stony Brook and also "Hunter College" in Manhattan.

Career:

She started her career as an anchor in Lake Charles working for "KPLC-TV" in 1990. She was living in Lake Charles, Louisiana where she had the opportunity of being the meteorologist of the weekend.

She also worked there as a reporter where she focused on different stories about lifestyle and entertainment of people from United States.

After a couple of months working there, she appeared on "CNN TV" in 2005 in the days of Atlantic hurricane season. This was one of the most dangerous hurricane seasons of all times.

She was a really brave woman when she did not have problems with accepting the job of covering all the news about the hurricane. Not only that but she covered the international news of "CNN" when the Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar and earthquakes in China.

Since she loved Journalism and meteorology, she also worked in the TV show called "Last House Standing" which she used to give tips about how to survive to bad weather, eartwuakea, hurricanes, storms.

Because of all her experience with natural disasters, she was known as "The extreme Weather Expert".

Personal Life:

Bonnie got married to Michael Samuel Sikowitz on April 30, 2000. They met on her sister's wedding, they talk for a long time and had many dates until he proposed to her, and they are really in love. They do not have children yet, but that is something they want to plan about.

She uses her social media accounts to talk to her fans and to post some personal things. She uses Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

She has also stated her life has not been as easy as people think it is. She has struggled with anxiety problems and she confesses it is one of the hardest parts of being her.

She says that media, money and fame have nothing to do with your health and emotional life. It bothers her that put society has created a prototype of life and people get frustrated if they do not have that kind of life.

She says money is a good thing but there are things money can not buy: Love, health, life, friends. She says this fight against her illness has taught her to appreciate little things in life, to never take for granted her family and friends.

She says for her family and friends are the most important thing because at the end of the day they will be the only people will be there for her no matter what.

In her free times she loves to spend time with her family; she loves nature, beach and hiking. She also loves to cook and to spend time with her beloved husband.

She is one of the most successful journalists and her salary can be more than $20 thousand. Her net worth is about $1 million dollars.
