Simon Rex was born in San Francisco, California on July 20, 1974. He started education from Alameda high school, Alameda. His mother was Jew so he is a Jewish from his mother side. He has a twin brother. He is 6 feet and 2 inch tall. His eye and hair color are brown dark.
He started his career in acting 1995 after introducing to the TV audience through MTV. His MTV appearance was a success that led him to another role in a TV show Jack & Jill.
