Jaime Pressly was born in the year 1977 on July 30th. She was born in Kinston, a place in North Carolina. She was born in a lower middle class family. Her father Liston Pressly was a salesman and her mother Brenda Sue was a dance instructor.
She was brought up in a Christian background from childhood. She did not have any siblings and she was the only daughter of her parents. Later, when her father was transferred to California, they also shifted there with him. She was also admitted to a high school in California. She was a fitness enthusiast like her mother and used to learn gymnastics. When she was in her early teenage years, she used to give gymnastic training for her pocket money. As she was a gymnast, she had a very good figure which paved the path for her modelling career.
When she was only fourteen years old, she started her modelling career. Apart from her passion, there was also another reason for getting into an early modelling career. She had to support her financially as her father’s job position was going through some kind of crisis. She received her first modelling offer and posed as the cover of the Teen Magazine.
The magazine cover gained so much popularity that she was appointed by the International Cover Model Search as the official spokesmodel. It was very hard for her to manage her profession and education so she had to leave her school. Next year, she signed a modelling contract for which she had to go to Japan. As both her parents remained busy with their professions, neither of them could accompany her. So she took a legal permission from her parents to travel alone as she was yet not an adult.
Within a very short period of time, she achieved a lot of fame as a model. In the year 1997, she was starred in the film Poison Ivy: The New Seduction. After that, she was casted in a television series known as Push in the year 1998. It was so popular that she was offered an action series known as Mortal Kombat: Conquest. She was also doing theatres along with acting and in the year 1999, she played the role of Audrey in the drama Jack and Jill.
She played the role of Sandy Lake in the film Poor White Trash. She played the role of a school cheerleader in the film Not another Teen Movie. Apart from this, she appeared in the film Torque and also in some of the romantic comedies. She was also counted among the 100 Sexiest Women in the World as a successful model. In the year 2006, she also posed nude for the Allure magazine. Though she was rumoured a lot but she has also received praises for her confidence as a model.
