Gary Arbuckle is native of Northridge, California. He was born in the early 70s in Los Angeles and was raised here in California. Gary is of Scottish descent. He attended Granada Hills Senior High school in Granada Hills, California and graduated in the 1988. After school he studied at the Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He graduated in the 1995 with a degree. During his time at College he already worked as a chiropractic assistant.

He also once said that health care was his profession of choice from early teen years. He continued his education during 1995 - 1998 to complete his doctorate as Magna Cum Laude at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. In the 1999 Gary and his wife Amy won 100 million dollar by participation in the weight-loss contest and got the title of EAS Body for Life Champions. Besides his wife Amy is also completed multiple marathons and is a certified scuba diver. Being a doctor and chiropractor he also studied at the Muscle Activation Techniques in Chicago.
Afterward he moved to Denver, Colorado, where he began his career as a doctor with a private practice. He worked a lot with athletes and then sold his practice after his wife got a new position on the NBC channel, so he moved again to Philadelphia. Soon after that he opened his new practice in the 2004. In Philadelphia Gary continued his work with athletes in the sport sphere. Besides that he also provided a health care to a broad patient base. His Wife got Chief Meteorology position in Fox News in Chicago in the 2007, Gary sold his practice again and moved back along with his family.
Later Dr. Arbuckle shifted his work from injury recovery to weight loss. Currently Gary is the owner and operator of his project “Body reset”. He founded his Company in the early 2010 along with his business partner and by using homeopathic products which gave great results in weight loss process. He is also an author of the "Body Reset Handbook" that was written for people on diet. Now he has an experience of more than twelve years of practice management skills and weight loss expertise. In addition to his main work he also lectured at Villanova University. He also was an active in charity and got involved in volunteer work with local charities.
He is married to Amy Freeze in the 1994. His wife is a very popular reporter and meteorologist on television. They met each other during their College time in Brigham Young University, where they both were students. Arbuckle was the official mascot Cosmo the Cougar in Brigham Young in the 1993 -1994 while his future wife was a cheerleader. The couple blessed with four kids. They have three sons Tyler, Jared and the youngest William. Gary and Amy also have a beautiful daughter Kate. Gary and his family currently reside on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
