Chloe Moretz is an American Actress and model who had begun her career only at the age of Seven.

Personal Life

Her full name is Chloe Grace Moretz and she is born on February 10th 1997, in Atlanta. She was raised in Carterville, Georgia. Her parents belong to medical background as her mother is a Nurse Practitioner named Teri Duke and her father is a plastic surgeon named McCoy Moretz.

She is the only female child in her family and she had four brothers named, Ethan Moretz, Brandon Moretz, Colin Moretz and Trevor Moretz. Her family is a very devoted Christian. She was not interested in acting until she moved to New York with her mother and Brother, Trevor as she was accepted to the Professional Performing Arts School.

Chloe took gymnastics classes as she wanted a role in Kick-Ass. She was also considered to take part in the Hunger Games series but was rejected later. The Time Magazine had named her among the 25 Most Influential Teens in 2014. She loves football, basketball, ice hockey and tennis. Her favorite movie all time is ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s ’. She stands at a height of 1.63 M.

She played in more than 40 series and movies since she was at a very young age. She supports the LGBT equality, which is a very renowned issue. She does not allow herself to play roles in movies or series that are too sexual and she considers herself as a feminist. She dated long-term boyfriend Brooklyn Beckham since 2014 but broke it off after a year and then back together on 2016. The couple had an off and on the relationship but is currently together now as was spotted together as Chloe had spent her 21st Birthday with him.

Career

Her first acting role was in two episodes of The Guardian that was a CBS series and had the role of violet. She had been better known ever since she had a role in Amityville Horror and even got an award for it because of her acting skills in the movie. She then took another major role in a movie called Kick-Ass as the role of Hit Girl in 2010. She worked extremely hard for the movies as she had trained for three months for the role with Jackie Chan’s stunt crews for the part in the movie.

As she was a young girl, she was criticized for her roles in films which, as the films were considered violent by many people. She also had a career in modeling as she posed for covers, magazines, editorials, etc like Vogue, Teen Vogue, Elle, Flaunt and many other more. She was also invited to various fashion shows including Dior, Paris Fashion Week and many More. Aeropostale had gone in a contract in 2012 with Moretz and has appeared in videos, events, and pictures. So far, she had won 19 awards and nominated in different categories more than 30 times.
