Billy Miller’s birth place is Tulsa; however he is brought up in in Grand Prairie which is in Texas. Miller has 2 siblings, both sisters and he being the only son to their parents. He has one elder sister named Michelle and one younger named Megan. Miller had been a patient in one of the biggest hospitals for children in Texas named of Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. This is the same hospital he supports or funds currently. He completed his schooling from Mirabeau B. Lamar High School which is situated in Texas itself and he grabbed his graduation degree in communication from the University of Texas. He was a part of 20 concentrated students who were taught production sequence.

Miller started his career in Los Angeles soon after he graduated in a mail room of Industry Entertainment. His debut in acting was soon after he signed a modeling contract with the Wilhelmina. He did in total 6 commercials for JCPenney, pokerparty.com, Pizza Hut and The Sims. His stars did go along, he lost the audition for As the World Turns a CBS opera, after which he didn’t act for 2 years. His return was marked by his acting in one of the episodes of CSI: NY in 2006.
Next the role Miller took up was in All My Children, the ABC soap opera. Miller tried hard to get his career fixed in acting with the help and support of Barbara Bloom, Marla Kanelos, Peter Bergman, Julie HananCarruthers and Elizabeth Hendrickson and he got his role in The Young and the Restless.
