Victor Rasuk is American actor and he was born in the year 1984. She was born in the city of New York and her parents are Dominicans. His mother was working like seamstress and the father was working in the auto shop. He has a brother called Silvestre and they were together in the movie Raising Victor Vargas. Rasuk went to the performing arts school when he was the teenager and he started to act when he was at the age of 14.
