Susie Hariet who first opened her eyes on December 22, 1985, in London , belongs to White ethnicity and holds South African nationality. From the very beginning, Susie was inspired from her mother who was a South African actress and aspired to enter the showbiz industry. She completed her schooling in London, UK.
Susie started her career as a jazz singer. She did many stage and theatre shows back then. Later, she started teaching jazz in a music academy. Susie Hariet and Dan Stevens met in England where they both were performing in different theaters. Dan was instantly attracted towards Susie and she too could not take her eyes off him. Susie is about seven years older than Dan but as they say, age is just a number, and the couple didn’t care about it either.
It was 2006 when the started dating. The couple tied the knot in the year 2009. Susie was already carrying their first child during their marriage and was six months pregnant. The same year, they welcomed a beautiful baby girl, named Willow. The godmother of Willow is Rebecca Hall who is a well- known actress. In 2012, their son, Aubrey, was born and later in 2016, Susie and Dan were again blessed with a baby boy, named Eden. The family initially lived in London but now live in New York.
In an interview, Dan Stevens admitted that Susie is the reason behind his successful career. She understands his profession and let him achieve all the success while taking care of him and their family. Dan loves South Africa as much as he loves London and New York. For them, South Africa is like a second home. Their three children absolutely love spending time in South Africa’s parks, museums and Dan himself is very much fond of boating there with his daughter, Willow.
Apparently, there are no rumors of an extramarital affair or troubles in their marriage and that’s absolutely great. Susie is not much involved in acting from last few years as her only focus is Dan’s career and their children future.
