Stephanie Szostak was born on June 12, 1975 in Paris. She was raised there in Paris, France. She is of Polish descent and her parents are an immigrant. After her primary education, she decided to move to the United Sates. She attended at The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she studied business and management and later graduated with a Degree in business. Afterwards, she moved from Virginia to the big New York City. At first she joined Chanel and worked a few years in marketing. During that time she also takes acting classes to realize her old big dream.

She finally began her acting career in the early 2000s. She made her first appearance in the 2003 by playing a minor role in the movie “Si’ Laraby”. The next year she appeared in the short film,which was titled “Zimove vesilya”. In the 2005 she played the role of Ro Mars in the movie “Satellite” along with Matt Passmore. In the 2006 she appeared in both “Cosa Bella” and “The Devil Wears Prada”, which were very successful movies.
In the 2008 she got her breakthrough after her appearances in films like “Life in Flight”, “The Sexes”, “Eavesdrop” and “Letting Go”. The next year Stephanie played the role of Sarah in the movie “The Good Heart”. In the same year she was involved in another movie project like “Motherhood”, “Four Single Fathers” and “The Rebound”.
She played Gigi in the 2009 movie “How to Seduce Difficult Women”. In the 2010 she appeared in the comedy movie “Dinner for Schmucks”as Julie, along with Paul Rudd and Steve Carell. The next year she played in the movie “We Bought a Zoo” with the role of Katherine Mee, the film was directed by Cameron Crowe and released on December 23, 2011.
She also appeared with a small role in the popular TV series “The Sopranos” in the 2006. She played the role of Grace Truman in the TV series “Satisfaction”, which was on air in the 2014. It was her breakthrough time. Recently, Stephanie appeared in the new television series which was titled “The Blacklist”. For the last couple of years she made her appearances in the numerous moves like “Iron Man 3”, “Gimme Shelter” and “Hit By Lightning”. She played the role of Julia Walker in the 2013 supernatural action comedy movie “R.I.P.D.”.
