Peter Gallagher was born in the year 1955 on August 19th. Though he was born in Manhattan, in the New York City, he grew up in Armonk, New York. He was born to his parents Thomas Francis Gallagher Jr. and Mary Ann. He grew up with his three siblings. He was born in a very well to do family. His father was in the advertising agency and his mother served as a bacteriologist. Peter was the youngest of all his siblings and he was pampered a lot by his parents.
