Donny Deutsch is a 60 years old famous TV personality with birth date as 22nd November 1957. He completed his graduation from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and gave his first appearance on TV in a game show Match Game in 1983, the famous person became an advertising executive by joining his father’s firm and took the control of the firm in 1989 as the chairman.
He hosted, co-hosted and also acted as the judge for various different shows. He got married in 2000 but marriage ended up after few years because of his involvement in other relationships. He is a successful publisher and a father.
He tied the knot with Stacy Josloff in 2000 but the couple got divorced later, due to his involvement in other relationships and Donny became a father when his ex girlfriend Amanda gave birth to his daughter, Daisy. In 2005, he shared his experiences about how he used to fantasize in office about his colleagues. Deutsch accepted about being a feminist and is an owner of properties in New York. Donny is a member of Michael J. Fox Foundation.
Career
Deutsch’s career got a big boost in the year 1983 by joining his father’s business firm David Deutsch Associates as an executive and later, the business was completely transferred to his management and he changed the name to Deutsch Inc. and after few year of hard work with his company, he decided to sold it for $265 million and currently he is the chairman and CEO for the already flourishing business. Donny served as a judge for TV Series “The Apprentice”.
Presently, he is appearing in a comedy show Donny! where he acted as his own fictional character. Once he was a part of (Get to) The Point, popular CNN show, but the show was stopped because of low TRP. Jon Stewart, the famous comedian was also a part of the show. Donny also has his own production company with other partners and the company is named as Deutsch Open City.
Throughout his career, he has written number of books, few of the famous are Often Wrong, Never in Doubt – Unleash the Business Rebel Within. In 1992, he became a member of Clinton communication team. During his career, he was stuck into controversies as he sold his flat without paying commission to the broker and the contract was broken by him due to which he was penalised with heavy amount.
