Oliver Sykes was born in the year 1986 and he is a British musician. He is well known for being a vocalist of the Band Bring Me the Horizon and he is the founder of Droop Dead Clothing, an apparel company. Sykes had created a graphic novel called Raised by Raptors together with Drop Dead clothing artist named Ben Ashton-Bell.

From his biography, Oliver Sykes was born in November 1986 at Kent, England. When he was still a baby; his family moved to live in Australia. His parents are Carol and Ian Sykes and they were moving between Perth and Adelaide in the period of around six years. The family then returned to live in United Kingdom when he was around eight and they settled to live in Stockbridge of Sheffield in South Yorkshire. When he was still a teenager, he went to Stockbridge High School.
While in high school, he started to craft compilation of the CDs and some short tracks using the name Quakebeat. He was also playing in a mock hip hop band under the name Womb 2 Da Tomb together with brother called Tom Sykes and another member of Bring Me The Horizon called Matt Nicholls in the metal band known as Purple Curto together with Neil Whiteley who was a vocalist and a drummer under his pseudonym Olisaurus. This is the name he used afterwards when he was releasing his solo material.
In the year 2004, Sykes formed the band called Bring Me The Horizon and it is the band that got to the fame faster. The first album was called Count Your Blessing and the second one was Suicide Season in 2008. The third album was There is a Hell, Believe Me, I’ve Seen it. There is a Heaven, Let’s Keep it a Secret. The fourth album was released in 2010 under the name of Sempiternal. It was featuring new Jordan Fish and Sykes was playing a rhythm guitar for this album and they had released the fifth studio album in 2015 called That’s the Spirit.
From the age of 12 years old, Oliver Sykes was suffering night terrors also called Sleep Paralysis and it is the inability of moving when you are asleep. He decided to be a vegetarian after watching the documentary about animal cruelty online about how the animals get tortured in the factory farm. He became the face of PETA and even designed the T-shirts with a Meat Sucks Slogan. Afterwards he became a Vegan.
He got married in 2015 in Tuscany, Italy. His wife is a tattoo artist and model Hannah Pixie Snowdon. However in just one year, they had already been separated.
