Natalie Allen was born on August 11, 1962. She holds American nationality and is of white ethnicity. She was raised by her parents in Memphis, Tennessee. After high school she enrolled to the University of Southern Mississippi and studied the radio, television and film during the years 1979-1983. She graduated from University with a Bachelor degree in the 1984. Afterwards she continued her education at the University of Memphis and the attended Graduate Study Political Science. At her college time Natalie was active in sports and she also was a cheerleader. During her study she also was an intern and common journalist.


She began her career on TV in the Fort Smith, Arkansas starting work at the KFSM-TV, where she was the minor reporter for one year. Afterwards she moved to Memphis and joined to WREG-TV where she landed position of an anchor and news reporter. She worked there for a couple of years before she joined to another channel WFTV where she becomes a co-anchor. During these years she was also honored by Regional Emmy Award and then Edward R. Murrow Award.

During 1992 -2001 Allen was an anchor at the CNN channel. For almost ten years she was a motivational anchor. Natalie also gets to the top of CNN’s main channel persons who was placed in “Super Hair Ultimate fifty list”. Natalie Allen worked on CNB channel as the main correspondent for the NBC. Allen is known for covering the big events like: US Tragedy of September 11, the Presidential Election process of the 2000 and the incident of bombing Oklahoma City in the 1995.

Natalie Allen became a freelance journalist and reporter for the MSNBC in the 2004. At the same year she covered Presidential Inauguration for the MSNBC channel. She also made a report about the President Ronald Reagan’s funeral process in the Washington D.C.

For two years since 2007, Allen worked on the weather channel as atmosphere reporter. In fact she absolutely didn’t know about the weather and meteorology sciences aspects. She also was a newscaster and journalist, Allen traveled across the country for ecological events report and during this work takes interviews for the green association activity from revolutionary ecological leaders. The National Public Radio also said that Allen made here contribution and played a real role at The Weather Channel during her two years of an ecological coverage on the program titled “Forecast Earth”. Allen also appeared in a couple of movies. During her long career on television she also made her appearance on the programs like “The Nightly News”, “The Today Show”.

Currently she has over 25 years of experience in broadcast news, she works on CNN and resides near Atlanta, Georgia. She is a very private person and does not expose her relationship, regarding her boyfriend, husband and so on. There is no information about her marriage, wedding and family at all.
