Munro Chambers was born on July 29, 1990 in Ajax, Ontario, Canada to Scott and Lorette Chambers. He also have a twin brother Thomas, who is two minutes elder than Munro. Thomas is an actor too. They both attended a local high school in Ajax. They currently are attending University of Ontario. They grew up in the simple middle class family and received a huge level of popularity thanks to their own talent. His first acting experience was on the 1998, when he played a secondary role of Rob in the TV series “Little men”. Munro also performed along with Danielle Belanger at the Newmarket Theatre. In the 2003 he appeared in the children fantasy movie “A Wrinkle in Time” as Sandy Murray. At the same year he played the role of Billy in the film “Good Fences”. Afterwards he actively involved in entertainment industry. In the 2004 he played Max Shaw in the movie “Godsend”. In the 2014 he was involved with episodic roles in few TV series like "The Stanley Dynamic" and "The Divide". He got his breakthrough role of kid in the movie “Turbo Kid” in the 2015, the lead role gave to him a huge level of fame. He also played Frankie Chandler in the television series “Lockwood” in the 2016. Recently he appeared in the movie “Country Crush” as Charlie Bishop. He also will appear as Teddy in the upcoming movie “Sadie's Last Days on Earth”, which will released in the 2017. In the 2011 Munro was nominated for Gemini Award for Best Performance in a Children's or Youth Program or Series. At the same year he also was nominated for Shorty Award for Actor. In the 2014 he got a nomination in Canadian Screen Award for Best Performance.
Previously he was dating with Alicia Vita Jones, they was together for a short time and then broke up. Then he was engaged with his girlfriend with an actress Vanessa Morgan, but their relationship got to the end too in the 2012. The couple was dating since 2008. Currently he is dating with a girlfriend named Melinda Shankar. They met each other in the 2013 during the filming process. They are thinking about marriage soon.
