Born on September 24, 1945, to father Frank Dobbs and mother Lydia Mae, in Childress County situated in Texas, United States of America, Lou Dobbs birth name is Louis Carl Dobbs. He spent his early childhood days in Childress County but later moved to Rupert situated in Idaho, the United States of America along with his family after the failure of his father’s business. He did his initial schooling from the Minico High School situated in Minidoka County, Idaho, United States of America.
