Jason Mraz is singer and a song writer of American nationality and he came to be known when he played in the San Diego Coffee house scene of 2000. In the year 2002, he released the first debut studio album called Waiting for My Rocket to come and it had his single hit called The Remedy ( I Won’t Worry). He released the second album called Mr A-Z in the year 2005. He was able to achieve commercial success since her album peaked and it reached the number 5 at the Billboard 200. It sold 100,000 copies in the US. In the year 2008, he release the third album called We Sing, We dance; We Steal Things. It started at number 3 on Billboard 200 and it was a commercial success internationally because the hit it had called I’m yours. The song started on number 6 and at the Billboard Hot 100 and this was the first top ten single and it spent over 76 weeks record on hot 100. The fourth album was Love is a Four letter Word and it started on number 2 on the Billboard 200 and it was the highest charting album until the last time.

Jason Mraz has won many Grammy Awards and he received other nomination and had won Teen Choice Award two times with the People’s Choice Award together with Hal David Songwriter Hall of Fame Award. He had got many Platinum and also multi-platinum certification in many countries that are over 20 countries. He had toured North America, Europe, Australia, South America, Africa and Middle East. By 2014, he had already sold over seven million albums and around 11.5million digital singles. The musical style with the rhythmic feeling and the use of the nylon string guitar, it was influenced by the Brazilian music.

Jason Mraz was born in the state of Virginia in the city of Mechanicsville. He is of Slovak and Czech descent from his grandfather who moved to live in US from the Austria-Hungary border in the year 1915. The surname he uses is a Czech name that mean Frost. Her mother June and her father Tom Mraz got a divorce when he was five years old. He went to Lee-Davis High School and he was the member for its cheerleading squad. He attended American Musical and Dramatic Academy of New York for one year and a half year before he returned to Mechanicville and he was taking the series of different odd jobs. He enrolled to study in Longwood University in Virginia but afterwards, he decided to enter into the road trip where he reached San Diego and decided to stay there.

Jason Mraz got engaged to Tristan Prettyman but they broke the engagement after six month. He said that he got married secretly to his wife Christina Tina Carano. His net worth is 15 million dollars.
