Erin Fetherston is a designer born in America and she lives in San Francisco in the city of California. She finished her school with UC Berkeley and then attended Parson School of Design of Paris. In the year 2005, she presented her eponymous label for the first time in Paris Haute Couture Show. At the beginning of the show, she established her signature of romantic, whimsical and feminine. She got married to Gabe Saporta in 2013. Together with her husband, they became parents in 2016 to a baby boy. They started to date in 2011 after Gabe Saporta separated with her ex-girlfriend. The wedding took place in St Nicholas Abbey of Barbados. Gape Saporta is a musician born in Uruguay.

When it comes to her inspiration, she got it from different places. She looks up to Chanel to get the vision; for Christian LaCroix because of his creativity and craftsmanship and for Tory Burch and Diane Von Fustenberg for the personifications of the brands.
The designer also gets the inspiration from the nature and the world which is around her. The most part of her childhood memories involves the nature and it is reflected into her work. During her education, in Paris, she got inspired by their style and glamour. Even if she is attracted to beauty, she likes to make the apparels which are comfortable. Beside these, her design sense has been stimulated by places, movies, books, people and architecture. Erin Fetherston has two dogs, one is a Chinese Crested and another is Bijon Maltese.
