The parents, Jim and Joanne Scott, raised their three sons JD, Jonathan, and Drew Scott up in Vancouver, British Columbia. The two twin brothers and their two-year older one grew up dreaming of the performing on the stage and it happened so. Jonathan became a reality television personality, illusionist, and television and film producer. Drew also became an actor, realtor, and entrepreneur.

While the brothers were involved in the acting career, they also thought a lot about creating something new together. In the year of 2002, JD, Jonathan, and Drew Scott decided to found Dividian Production Group as an independent movie company. It later was named Scott Brothers Entertainment, and was a major arm of the Scott Brothers lifestyle brand. Originally created for Canada's W Network, it became an international hit when HGTV in the United States picked it up.
In 2013, they focused on television and digital platforms. In the same year, they were guests on the radio show Off Topic With The Scott Brothers, after which they became much more popular than they were before. Various companies wanted to cooperate with Scott brothers. Besides, they launched their offices in in both the US and Canada.Soon, the brothers produced and released the web series “Toddler Vs. Toddler” and “Property Brothers Big Day Off” on HGTV and the W Network.
In the following year, Scott Brothers Entertainment took part in making the new series “Half Price Paradise” for HGTV and HGTV Canada. Moreover they produced “Property Brothers: at Home”, which gained a huge popularity. There was also “Property Brothers: at Home” where Jonathan and his brother Drew Scott were seen intheir Las Vegas family home. At the beginning of 2015, they created their own outdoor furniture and accessories line with QVC.
They were also releasing their singing skills with two country songs, “Hold On” and “Let The Night Shine In”. Besides music, there was a book titled “Dream Home: The Property Brothers’ Ultimate Guide To Finding & Fixing Your Perfect House” that was almost sold out in the first day. Now they are travelling and participating in different events, meetings and other occasions. There are thousands of fans and followers who love their art.
