Sara Shepard

Sara was born on 8 April 1977 and she was born in Pennsylvania in United States of America. The name of her father is Bob Shepard and the name of her mother in Mindy Shepard. It is known that her childhood was spend in Pennsylvania along with her parents. She also has a sibling whose name is Ali Shepard. Sara completed her education from Downingtown High School and she later enrolled herself in New York University. She did B.S. from New York University and she completed her course in 1999. Later in 2004 she decided to join Brooklyn College to pursue MFA. She received her degree in Creative Writing.

Sara gained a lot of fame because of the two books that she wrote. One of the book is Pretty Little Liars and the other book is The Lying game. The best thing is that ABC found the books to be really interesting and it made a TV series by taking inspiration from these books. The cast of the show includes Tyler Blackburn, Troian Bellisario and Shay Mitchell. Along with these actors and actress, Ashley Benson and Lucy Hale are also included in the cast. The story of Pretty Little Liar is based on the experience of Sara which involves her growing up in her home city. The show is widely loved by the audience and this also triggered the sale of her book.

Talking about her second book, The Lying Game, the show inspired by this book is also aired on ABC and the show was first aired on August 2011. The show was broadcasted till July 2013. This show was also really popular but there was no information regarding the fact that why ABC didn’t continue the show after 2 seasons.
