Masi Oka, name being pronounced as Mah See, is an actor and digital and special effects artist by profession. He came to life on December 27th 1974. He is of the nationality Japanese as he was born in Tokyo in Japan. He was born to his parents in Tokyo but had a troubled childhood. His parents got divorced immediately after his birth and he was taken care of by his mother who grew him up. He has also not met or talked to his father in the past. However he did his acting debut in the year 2001 when he acted in one of the episodes of the popular TV show ‘Dharma & Greg’.
He later on appeared in many cameo roles and guest appearances in many movies and TV shows including ‘Gilmore Girls’, ‘Sabrina, the Teenage Witch’, ‘She Spies’ and others. He rose to fame with the TV show ‘Heroes’ which was telecasted in 2006 and appeared on TV till 2010. The show was a success on television and his role was much appreciated in the series. He also won Saturn Award for best supporting actor for his role in the series and was nominated for many other awards. He has acted in over 30 movies and TV shows throughout his professional career.
