Leticia Jean "Tish" Cyrus was born on the 13th of May, 1967 in Nashville, Tennessee, United States of America. There is no updating information about her parents and family. During the formative years, she took part in a band group.

At the age of 19, she met her first husband, Baxter Neal Helson. Soon, they welcomed their two children Brandi Glenn Helson and Trace Dempsey Cyrus.
