Kevin Mckinney is the journalistic who is now in the 42nd year at the University of Wyoming. He was born in Cheyenne in Wyoming and he studied at the University of Wyoming. At the university, he got a degree in Journalism in the year 1971. When he was still an undergraduate, he used to work as the Sports Editor at the Wyoming State Tribune found in Cheyenne.
