Katy’s Infamous Moment

More recently, Katy Tur and Mike Tuner, an Ohio representative, were in a heated debate as it relates to the denouncement of hate groups by President Trump during his 2016 campaigns. According to Katy, President Trump never, at any point, denounced hate groups. She claimed that Trump never condemned white nationalists explicitly. Mike, on the other hand, maintained that Trump actually did denounce hate groups.

However, between Mike and Katy, it was Mike that was giving an accurate statement, but Katy couldn’t have any of that. On March 3, during the GOP primary debate, Trump, in his response to a moderator, openly disavowed the Ku Klux Klan as well as disavowing David Duke.
