Joe Bastianich was born in the year 1968, in the New York City and he is a television personality, author, winemaker and restaurateur of American citizenship. Together with his partners, Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich, they are the owner of over thirty restaurants around the entire world. They include Babbo with 1 Michelin Star and the Del Posto in the city of New York. They have Carnevino in the city of Las Vegas and they have expanded into Singapore with their L Eateries, Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria. Earlier that year, the three teamed up with Oscar Farinetti, an Italian retail businessman to open Eataly. It is artisanal wine and food market in the city of New York and then Chicago followed in 2013.

From his biography, he was born to Lidia and Felice Bastianich. He was born in the city of Astoria in Queens and he grew up while working in the Italian restaurant of his parents based in Manhattan. He went to Fordham Preparatory School and then attended Boston College to study Finance. There is 1 Italian Market in Chicago and other 2 restaurants of Hong Kong. Together with Belen Rodriguez, Simona Miele and Luca Guelfi, they reopened an historical Restaurant under the name of Ricci IN Milan.
Joe Bastianich was a co-author of two books that became award winning. His memoir, Restaurant Man, was the New York Times Best Seller in just one week after the release. He was the judge of masterchef show which was being broadcasted at Fox but it was taking too much of his time and he got replaced by Christiana Tosi. His net worth is 15 million dollars.
