David Tennant

David Tennant’s real name is David John McDonald. His birth date is 18 April, 1971 and his birth place is Bathgate, West Lothian in Scotland, UK. His father’s name is Alexander ‘Sandy’ McDonald who worked as a minister in a local church and his mother’s name is Helen McLeod who was a housewife. David spent his childhood in Ralston, Renfrewshire with his sister and brother. David did his primary education at Ralston Primary School. He studied at Paisley Grammar School. David attended the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. In an interview he said that he always loved acting and when he was of 3-4 years old he decided to be an actor and wanted to work in his favorite show ‘Doctor Who’.

He also worked as a guest artist and voice artist in my movies and tv shows. In the show ‘Doctor Who’ he acted as the tenth doctor in the show in year 2005. He is still known for his role in the show. David also worked in show Marvel’s Jessica Jones. He played a villainous role in this show.

David also worked in many movies sometimes as an actor and sometimes as a voice artist. He also worked in a movie of Harry Potter series. His role was of a ‘Death Eater’. He worked in many radio dramas like “The Airmen Who Would Not Die, The Sea, The Long Firm, True Crime, He Kills Coppers” etc. David awarded with title of National Television Award for Most Popular Actor for playing role in Doctor Who. David changed his name to David Tennant because in the Royal Academy there was already a student named David McDonald. It’s been said that David once was in a relationship with actress Sophia Myles. Later he met Georgia Moffett and they both married. David and Georgia have three children. When David married Georgia, she already had a child which was later adopted by David.
