Donald Joseph Qualls was born on 10 June 1978 in Nashville. His family includes his mother, Debbie and his father, Donnie Qualls and no information is provided about his sisters. But his parents got separated in 1983. He spend his Manchester, Tennessee and also done schooling from the same place. At the age of 14 he received two year of treatment to diagnose him from Hodgkin’s lymphoma. This also explains his body frame. He graduated from Coffee County Central High School where he was band member of Red Raider Band. DJ Qualls studied English Language and English Literature from King’s college, London. He started acting with local theatre company when he started studying in Belmont University.

Qualls was an extra crew member in HBO movie Against The Wall in 1994. He acted as shy virgin in his debut film Road Trip. He has also given Guest appearance in many TV shows like The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, The queen Latifah Show, Conan, Supernatural, Glenn Martin, DDS, and many more. In TV show he most popularly known for his Action scene followed by Sitcom.He was also seen in Cameo of Britney Spears’ music video named “Boys” which was released in 2001. He was also seen in music video “I’m Just a Kid “of Simple Plan in 2002. He acted in Paramount pictures web series Circle of Eight.
