Cordell Broadus is an American college football player known for being the son of famous American hip hop icon, Snoop dogg and Snoop’s college girlfriend, Shante Taylor. He was born on February 21st, 1997 in Las Vegas, Nevada as Corde-Calvin-Broadus. He was bought up in Las Vegas. He's famously nicknamed Lil’ Snoop, Lil’ Love and Spank.

He developed an immense interest in football at a very early age. Such early inclination towards the sport was due to his father’s help and guidance. Snoop Dogg used to coach his son when he was a young athlete. The famous rapper also helped out with Cordell’s high school team at John A. Rowland High School.

In the year, 2015, he signed up with The University of California, Los Angeles. He along with Josh Roshen committed to play football at UCLA for the Bruins. But Cordell later quit the team. Before signing up at UCLA, he received offers from prestigious schools like Floriday State, Notre Dame, LSU, Arizona state, Baylor Duke and Washington State. After signing up to 2015 recruiting cycle, he never attended the fall camp.
In the year of 2016, he recommitted himself to football. Cordell holds a decent career as a model. He has signed up a prestigious modelling company, Wilhelmina Models. In the year 2015, Cordell was a United States Army All American Ball Selection. He can often lay be seen on reality TV show, Snoop dogg’s Fatherhood, focussing on rapper Snoop dogg’s life and family.
His other hobbies include playing basketball and video games, especially the X-Box. Cordell had a good run in his career as a footballer. In the year 2013, Broadus quit his high school in California, Diamond Bar. He then went on to attend the football stronghold, Bishop Gorman, which is based in Nevada. He was not the only player on the team with a celebrity father; UFC chief executive officer, Lorenzo Fertitta’s son, Nicco, also used to play as a safety for the team. Nicco Fertitta had been offered a scholarship by Notre Dame.
In the year 2013, he came into a controversy, when he punched a rival player. The incident occurred during a mass brawl that broke out during a game between Diamond Bar and Diamond Ranch. Cordell Broadus also received football training from the legendary player, David Beckham.
