She is known for the role she had when she played as Samantha Reilly in Fox Prime Time soap opera under the name of Melrose Place in the year 1996 until 1998. She later had a leading role in a short lived USA Network drama series called The Net in 1998 until 1999. She was a female lead in the year 200 comedy film called The Replacement.

From her biography, Brooke Langton was born to parents; Jackson Langton who was a geologist and his wife who worked as a surgical nurse. The maternal grandfather was called Stephen Cummings and he was the pilot for the World War II bomber while Sally Spalding, her aunt works as script supervisor. She was raised in the city of Illinois in Texas and went to Herscher High School, L.D Bell High School and finished her education at San Diego State University. As a model, she worked in Japan before starting the acting career. The maternal grandmother is from Sweden where she was a farmer and emigrated to the state of Minnesota.

Brooke Langton made the television debut in the year 1992 and she appeared on many episodes for the Beverly Hills, 90210 as a Freshman Dorm and on Baywatch. Afterwards, she made the features film debut where she was a drug addict for 1994 action film called Terminal Velocity. After a year, Langton became a regular cast for the member of a shot lived ABC adventure drama series called Extreme and she was the co-star of James Brolin. After Melrose, she became the lead cast for The Net, a USA Network series. This is a television drama based a film under the same name of 1995. Langton was in the character of the Angela Bennett who had been played by Sandra Bullock before in this film. These series got canceled after just one season. Afterwards, she starred with Gene Hackman and Keanu Reeves in the movie The Replacement. This was her biggest credit up to now. She was also the star in the comedy films like Kiss The Bride and Playing Mona Lisa. She had the leading role in Fling, a Fox Crime drama series but this show got canceled by this network before the premiere. Now, she stars in small films like Beautiful Dreamer and Primeval.
