Tim was born on 12 June 1963. He was born in New York City in United States of America. The name of his father is Jim DeKay and the name his mother is Jill DeKay. He also has a sibling whose name is Jamey and it is known that his childhood was spend in New York along with his parents. He completed his education from Le Moyne College and he later enrolled himself in Rutgers University.
