Scott Van Pelt, best known for his golf commentary and games analysis, was born in 1966 on August 4. The evergreen sportscaster has co-hosted the major show; Sports Center telecasted on ESPN midnight. Pelt was born to the couple Sam Van Pelt and Cathie Mathis. He took birth in Brookeville in Maryland and was brought up in Washington D.C., by his parents. He has also got three siblings in his family, Mike, Mark and Matt.


Scott got the elementary education from the school Flower Valley Elementary. Scott then finished his graduation from Sandy Spring’s The Sherwood High School in the city Maryland. His further studies on radio, television and film were done at the University of Maryland.
