Naturi Naughton also shortly known as Naturi Cora Maria Naughton is an American actress and singer-songwriter.

Naturi Naughton was born on May 20, 1984 in East Orange, New Jersey. Her mother, Brenda was a part-time paralegal, and her father Ezra Naughton is a retired accountant.
Naturi's tryst with music began when she joined her church choir at her New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey. She attended St. Joseph's Catholic school and Immaculate Conception High School in Montclair, New Jersey. Then she sang the national anthem at various events in New Jersey and attended Seton Hall University.
Naturi together with Adrienne Bailon and Kiely Williams, they formed the R&B music trio called 3LW. They released their first single in the fall of 2000 titled "No More (Baby I'ma Do Right)",. They followed it up with their second single, "Playas Gon' Play" in early 2001. Their debut album, 3LW, was released on December 5, 2000, which went platinum, selling 1.3 million copies in the U.S. alone.
In August 2002, Naughton announced that she was no longer a member of the group. After which she released her five tracks for the Fame soundtrack which was released on August 25, 2009.
Naturi Naughton has had a decent acting career, with her best coming in the Tony Award Broadway musical Hairspray where she portrayed the character of Little Inez. Additionally she has acted in many movies which include Notorious, Fame, Lottery Ticket, Highland Park, Four to the Floor and most recently in Step Sisters
She has good TV stint also with many starring and supporting roles to her credit. She has been seen in Taina, The Nick Cannon Show, All That, Mad Men, The Playboy Club, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, The Client List, Let's Stay Together, Let the Church Say Amen, and Power.
Personally in March 2017, Naturi announced that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Ben. She welcomed a baby girl on July 19, 2017.
On the social front she is extremely popular on Instagram with 1.4million followers. She is quite active and uploads lots of photos and tweets quite regularly.
