William Moseley

William Moseley broke into the industry in 1998 and is still currently acting present day. William Moseley's home town is located in the Cotswolds village of Sheepscombe, Gloucestershire, England. He attended Wycliffe College before taking time off due to the filming of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. He completed and finished his education on time while achieving high academic achievements. Since the age of 10, William had always wanted to be an actor.


William credits Pippa Hall, a casting director, for getting him into his first role as an extra in a made for TV movie called the Cider with Rosie back in 1998. In 2005 when the casting of The Chronicles of Narnia came around Pippa remembered William and just like that, with her recommendation, William won the part for the character Peter. William continued to play this character role in the next movie too, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, in 2008. William later on made cameo's in the subsequent Narnia films.

William received several awards and recognition for his performances in The Chronicles of Narnia. In 2006, William was nominated by the Saturn Awards as Best Performance by a Younger Actor. In the same year he won The CAMIE Awards' Best Performance in a Feature fim. He was also nominated by the Young Artist Awards for Leading Young Actor. In 2008, William won the prestigious UK Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award for Favorite Male Film Star. William went on to appear in several more movies to continue his growing acting career. In 2016, William appeared in the horror thriller Friend Request, as the character Tyler. He followed that up in 2017 with his role in the movie The Veil, as Aysel.

William is currently working on shooting for the new live feature for Disney's Animated remake of The LIttle Mermaid. He has been cast to play Cam Harrison. The movie is currently in post-production and a date for release has not yet been determined. William keeps busy with his time in between by having a main role on the televsion show, The Royals. He plays the role of Prince Liam and has had this role since 2015.

Juliette and Peter Moseley are William's parents. Peter, his father, is a cinematographer. William is the oldest of three children in his family. He has a younger sister, Daisy Elizabeth, and a younger brother, Benjamin Hugh. William spends his time helping out good causes. Stand Up to Cancer is one of the programs that William is a member up along with many of his acting peers. 

William continues to pursue his passion for acting and strives to become a respected actor. He enjoys spending time with his family. William auditioned for the role of Harry Potter but did not get that part. He is a fan of Newcastle United. He was once struck by lightening and lived to talk about it.  He studied media, English, and drama while he was in school. 

William has accomplished a lot at the age of 30, moreso than other actors his age, but according to him there is still so much he wants to do.
