Kristen (Kay-Low) Ledlow was born on November 18, 1988 in the Florida to her parents Rita Ledlow and Roger Ledlow. She was raised along with her sibling Lauren Ledlow. She attended Christian Community School and then the North Florida Christian School. During her school years she was playing Volleyball and Basketball at the same time running the cross country track. After school she attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, majoring in broadcasting, communications and also minored in the business. She graduated with a double major in the 2010. During the college years she also continued to play basketball, later she said “I played basketball my entire life with my recent playing days being at Southeastern University so it is one of my strong suits”. Kristen was crowned Miss Capital City USA, and also finished third in the state pageant, when she was at senior year of University. After Kristen earned a degree from her college, she joined WTXL-TV and became an anchor.


She also was writing some articles for the Tallahassee Quarterback Club at that time and worked on radio for ESPN Tallahassee. She later becomes a sideline reporter for Florida State Seminoles football games. Afterwards, Ledlow joined CBS Sports Radio as a cohost of The Opening Drive. She also turned down an internship with ESPN to work in an athletic ministry. The next step in her career was when she joined WZGC as a host, working alongside Jason Bailey and Randy Cross in the 2013. Ledlow left the station the next year on March 4.

In the 2014 she joined to NBA TV. At the same year she participated in the NBA All-Star Weekend Celebrity Game for the East team, scoring twice in the first half. During her work for NBA she was based in Atlanta. The next year she was involved by NBA TV as a host for NBA Inside Stuff along with former NBA player Grant Hill. She is the first and only woman who has been hired by this network up to now. Kristen Ledlow has also served as a sports anchor for HLN and CNN. Today she is co-host Atlanta's Morning Show on FM 92.9 “The Game”. “This show is a lot of fun, I’m learning a lot, and it helps that Atlanta is such a great city for sports fans,” says Ledlow. Kristen is very popular in the sport world, she has interviewed players like Seth Curry, Doug McDermott, and Timofey Mozgov.

She prefers not to speak about her personal life and did not appear on any live TV chat shows. Kristen is very much focused on her career of sport anchor. Kristen Ledlow boyfriend was a baseball player from Jacksonville State who decided to break up with her by leaving a note for her.
