Jonathan Adam Saunders Baruchel, who is more famous as just Jay Baruchel, was born on 9th April in the year 1982. He drew the first breath in Canada’s Ottawa, Ontario, in the family of Serge and Robyne Baruchel. His parents worked as a dealer of antiques and a freelance writer respectively. Even though young Jonathan was born in Ottawa, the parents raised him in Montreal, Quebec. The actor has a younger sister named Taylor. He is of a German, Irish, and French descent.
