Bubba was born on 5th November 1978 in Bagdad, Florida. He is 38 years old. He is very much interested in golf since his childhood. He completed his schooling from Milton high school ,Florida.He completed his collage from Faulkner state of community collage and University of Georgia . He wanted to become professional player . He is left handed golfer. He played many tournaments in his collage days. He got his first victory in 2010 at Travelers Championship. He joined Nationwide tour in 2001.He is 6ft 3 inches tall and with weight of 180lb. He has great physique.

His father was suffering from lung cancer and passed away in October 2010.He is married to Angela ' Angie'. She is former basketball player. They both met at university of Georgia. She is from Canada. His wife is 6 ft 4 in tall. They got married in September 2004. Due to his wife's medical condition , she was unable to conceive. They decided to adopt two child. They adopted a baby boy Celeb in 2012 and a baby girl Dakota in 2014.His current ranking is no 10.
