From her biography, Brooke Henderson was born in the year 1997 in the city of Smiths Falls: Ontario in Canada. She grew up with the family that liked golf and started to play it when she was too young. The mother Darlene Henderson and father Dave Henderson were playing golf on a professional level. The uncle called Tom Henderson became the frequent contender for top amateur level golf games at Ottawa. Her sister named Brittany Henderson born 7 years before her; she is impressive golfer at college and junior level. Brooke Henderson attended Smiths Falls District Collegiate Institute. She finished her studies in the year 2014.

Career

Brooke Henderson got the popularity for the first time in the year 2013 and it was when she was the winner for Canadian Women’s Amateur. The year that followed, she showed impressive skills and became the runner up for the US Women’s Amateur. While operating at the amateur level, she won at least three CN Canadian Women’s tournament. At the age of 16, she was the 10th at the U.S Women’s Open. She continued to win different tournaments for the amateur levels.

In the year 2015, Brooke Henderson changed her status from the amateur to professional. Before turning professional, she got a deal of playing at a college level but she refused since she would have stayed as amateur player for a long period. After joining the professional level, she set a new tournament record of scoring 36 holes for the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic of 2015.

In the year 2018, Brooke Henderson became the second in the Race to the CME Globe. For the game, she got the prize money of over 150,000 dollars. The money was from a bonus pool purse.
