Rivera was born to American parents on July 30, 1986, in Tappahannock, Virginia, United States of America. She spent her childhood in Baltimore, Maryland and later moved to Atlanta, Georgia. Her father, Oscar Rivera, spent 30 long years behind the bars. Oscar always lived in guilt and was afraid that his daughter hated him for always being away but in 2016, Rivera on social media expressed how she always loved him and waits for him to come out of the prison.
