Tamlyn Tomita was born in the year 1966 and she is American singer and actress born in Japan. Tomita’s birth place is Okinawa and her parents are Asako and Shiro Tomita. She is a quarter Filipino from her mother and the father is a well known Japanese America man. He was an intern of Manzanar in California in the World War II and afterwards, he became a Los Angeles Police officer. He rose to reach to a Sergeant rank and he made up a first Asian Task Force within that department. He died because of cancer in the year 1990. Tamlyn Tomita attended Granada Hills High School in San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.

In the year 2005, she was the star of Brazilian drama movie named Gaijin 2: Love Me as I am. She had leading role in the Only The Brave movie and in Robot Stories. She had appearances in Tekken and The Eye.
For television, she was in Ming Li role in Santa Barbara soap opera. She then appeared in Days of Our Lives and General Hospital. Tamlyn Tomita is not yet married and if she is, she keeps her husband name and life away of the public.
