A charming actress Sharon Case was born on February 9, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan. From her early years, her parents put her to different classes, including dance classes and jazz classes. In 1974, her parents moved to Chatsworth, California and since that time, Sharon settled down there.

Being a teenager she realized, that she was unbelievably beautiful and she strongly decided to become a model or an actress. She attended modeling events, classes, and finally, when she was just 17 years old, she was noticed by modeling agent and she received an invitation to the casting. After that, she signed a contract and went to Japan to work as a model. She has worked in Japan for five months and returned to Los Angeles.

She had to play Sharon Newman in a CBC TV soap opera The Young and the Restless. That was her breakthrough. Sharon Case joined the series in 1994 and has played the same character until now. This role made her very famous. After two years of work in this series, she was already nominated on Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series. Next year in 1997, she was nominated on Daytime Emmy Award again and on Soap Opera Digest Award for Hottest Romance.
