Personal life
Jade was born in Norfolk. She is the daughter of wrestlers, Ian and Julia Bevis. It is said that her mother wrestled when she was seven months pregnant with Jade. Jade was scared of wrestling, when she was young. It was because of the injuries incurred by her parents. She wanted to become a zoologist. When her father started a wrestling school, she became a part of it. Her brothers taught her to wrestle. Her brother is Zak Zodiac and her half-brother is Roy Bevis. Both of them are wrestlers too. When she was 13 years old, she became a wrestler. When she was 15 years old, she worked as a bartender and also as a bouncer in her parents’ bar. She graduated from her schoolings in 2008.
She has openly expressed that she had been in relationships with other women. Yet, she never was in a serious relationship with any woman. She is not openly gay. All known romantic relationships in her biography are with men. She said that she has a relationship with singer Bradley Walden. She dated Kevin Skaff in the past and in 2016, she was seen with Jose Rodriguez. They got engaged in October 2016.
Career
She made her debut in 2005. When a wrestler failed to show up, she replaced her. She used a ring name, Britani Knight. She teamed up with her mother and lost in WAW. Then, she teamed with Melodi and wrestled in many matches as Norfolk Dolls. She won WAWW in 2007.
At 14 years, she started searching for chances to wrestle all around the country and signed for championship but, things did not work out for her. She competed in W3L and lost in 2007. Her success started from 2009. She defeated her mother in HEW and also got WAWW Championship. In 2009, she won RQW championship too. This led to a string of many victories and a little defeats every now and then. She joined WWE in 2011 and made her debut in 2012. She first used Saraya as her ring name and then changed it to Paige. She started making appearances in TV too.
As of 2016, she was drafted to RAW. She violated wellness policy and was suspended for 30 days. In the end of 2016, she had to undergo a neck surgery and kept away from wrestling for a few weeks. In the next month, she was again suspended. It was said that the medicine that she used for her neck injury gave positive results during drug test. But, WWE issued a report that she had been under illegal substance and was suspended for the same. Paige went in social media sites to trash WWE as much as possible. WWE did not respond for any of those comments.
She has appeared in WWE video games, reality TV shows, Total Divas, MTV series and many others. She has appeared in a few movies like Santa’s little helper and also a voice artist in a Scooby Doo movie, Surfs up 2 and others.
