Nora McDonald was born in Washington to Francis O’ Donnell is a professional doctor. Though she was born in Washington, she shifted to San Francisco at the age of three with her parents. She spent her childhood years and completed her education to finally graduate from Douglas MacArthur High School. After that, she continued her education from the Georgetown University as a student of Philosophy.
