Maggie Lawson (August 12, 1980) is a popular Hollywood actress. She appeared on the TV show “Psych” and played the character of Detective Juliet “Jules” O’Hara. She has also appeared in a number of sitcoms such as Cybill, Unhappily Ever After, Family rules, Two and a half men, Inside Schwartz, Crumbs and It’s all relative. She has also starred in TV movies Heart of a stranger, Cheats, Love rules and Revenge of the Middle-Aged women.

Early Life
Maggie Lawson was born as Margaret Cassidy on August 12, 1980, in Louisville, Kentucky. His father, Mike Lawson , a hotel manager and mother Judy Lawson, a housewife, always supported her dreams and helped her becoming an actress. She grew up in Louisville along with her brothers, “Nick and Chris”.
In terms of education, Maggie went to the Assumption High School in Louisville, Kentucky. It was a girls-only school that was operated by the Catholic Church. Maggie has always been an animal lover, so much so, that she started working with the Humane Society during her school days. She was just 8 when she started performing in local community events and dinner theater productions. Later, she graduated from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. During her college life, she participated in various theatre groups and won few beauty contests.
Career
Maggie Lawson started her career as a TV host on WDEB Fox 41 Kids’s Club- a local FOX station in Louisville. She was very fond of children and worked for their rights and welfare. She raised issues related to children on her TV show. She rose to limelight when she starred in “Unhappily Ever After” in the year 1996. Since then there was no looking back for her.
She has made guest appearance in many TV shows such as Hang time, Step by step, Boy meets world, Meego, Home Improvement , Kelly kelly, ER , Working , Felicity, Smallville, Tru calling, Fear itself and Justified.
She also starred in TV movies I’ve been waiting for you, Model behavior, Nancy Drew, Cheats, Heart of a stranger, Spellbound, Love rules, Killer hair, Hostile makeover, My favorite wedding, and Christmas Encore.
