Leona Lewis was born in the year 1985 in the city of Islington in London. She is of English nationality. Her ethnicity is of a mix of Guyanese and Welsh heritage. She was born with an older half brother and a young brother. She started to sing when she was still young and she was enrolled at Sylvia Young Theatre School.
