Johanna Braddy

Johanna Elizabeth Braddy is a film actress of American origin; she began her career in 2004. Braddy has starred in many movies and films, currently acting in ‘Quantico’, a thriller series. Personal Life

Johanna Braddy, born on 30th August to Jo Beth, who worked as a music instructor and vocalist at a local preschool and Steve Braddy, her father, who worked as an engineer. She grew up with her younger brother who is named Cole Braddy in Atlanta Georgia. Braddy studied in McIntosh High School in the city of Peachtree in Georgia, she graduated in the year 2005. In school, she was a part of the dance team of which she was the captain.

After graduation, the actress did not attend college; she went on to work with the Arts Company, The Atlanta Workshop Players. Her initial plan was to have a career in Opera for which she trained in singing. Back in 2012, while acting in ‘Video Game High School’, Johanna announced her engagement with Josh Blaylock, along with whom she co-starred in the same. They tied the knot the same year in November; the marriage lasted only two years.

Later in 2016, she and Freddie Stroma, with whom she starred in ‘Unreal’ became engaged after dating for a year. They married in the year 2016 in Atlanta, where Braddy grew up. Career

Johanna Braddy’s career began with her role as Olivia Harden in the television film telecasted by ABC in 2004 titled ‘Pop Rocks’. This was followed by a small role in the first episode of ‘Surface’ in 2005. She gave her voice to the character Princess Yue in ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’.

Braddy’s entry into the big screen was a small part of the 2006 movie ‘Broken Bridges’ as Kayla Chartwell.From 2007 to 2008 she starred in movies including ‘Surf’s Up’, ‘Home of the Giants’, ‘Penny Dreadful’ and ‘Whore’. In 2007, she acted in episodes of ‘The Riches’ an FX drama series, the teen comedy ‘Greek’ by ABC and ‘Hit the Floor’ that showed on VH1.

In 2009, she was seen as Lisa on the third edition of the famous movie series ‘The Grudge’, which was also her first role as a lead in a movie. The actress appeared as Melody Bostic in the Emma Stone starred comedy ‘Easy A’. Braddy has had a good number of roles in movies under the horror genre, such as Amanda in ‘The Levenger Tapes, Lenore Coltrane in ‘Hurt’, Lisa in ‘Paranormal Activity 3’ and as Missy Solomon on the 2012 ‘The Collection’.

Johanna had bagged the lead role on the successful web series titled ‘Video Game High School’, playing the character Jenny Matrix. Her other major role was as Anna Martin in the 2013 dark comedy series ‘Unreal’ alongside Shiri Appleby and Constance Zimmer. She also starred in ‘Believe me’ and ‘Run the Tide’. Since 2015, the actress has been acting as one among the main cast of the thriller series ‘Quantico’ alongside the famous Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, Graham Rogers, Aunjanue Ellis Yasmine Al Massri and Jake McLaughlin.
