Jessica Mcnamee was born on February 21, 1986. She is native of Sydney, Australia. Jessica was raised along with her siblings. Her elder sister Penny McNamee is an actress too. After school she decided to become an actress as her sister. Two girls were interested in theatre and filming, they were inspired by old movies of 50s. She began her acting career in the middle of 2000s. In the 2008 she appeared in the TV series “Packed to the Rafters” with a role of Sammy Rafler. Later she returned to the series as a guest in the 2013.

In the 2009 Jessica was involved in the popular television reality show “Dancing with the Stars” season nine. She appeared in the 10 episodes and took a 6th place final. After the show was ended, Jessica was involved in the thriller movie “The Loved Ones” playing character Mia. The film was directed by Sean Byrne and was released and premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in the 2009. At the same year Jessica made her appearance in the television series “White Collar”, where she played a role of Penny Chase during 2009-2014.
In the 2011 she played in the short movie “50-50” with role of Nellie Cameron. The next year she played Gwen in the popular drama movie “The Vow” along with Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams. In the 2014 she appeared in TV series “The Time of Our Lives” with four episodes. She got her breakthrough with role of police officer Theresa Kelly in the TV series “Sirens”, where she was a main cast and appeared in the 23 episodes along with Kevin Daniels. The last movie with Jessica was released recently in the 2016 and was titled as “Last Days of Summer”. The thriller film was directed by Aaron Harvey and wasn’t too success, during this project Jessica played the role of Jenna. She also played Lisa Duffy in the soap opera “Home and Away” in the 2007.
Currently she is in filming process of three movies, which will be release in the 2017 and 2018. Beautiful Jessica will be appearing in the comedy-drama film “Battle of the Sexes” as Margaret Court and in the horror movie “Meg” where she will play a role of Celeste.
She is engaged to her boyfriend Sean O'Pry. There is no any news about their wedding date. The couple is dating since 2014. There is no information about her previously relationship.
