Gwendoline Christie is an actress who became to be well known because of the role she had of being Warrior Brienne of Tarth for Games of Thrones series. It is a breakthrough role for this woman, who had been working in theater before. She was born in the year 1978 and her age is 41 years old. She was born in England, in the city of Worthing . Her mother was a housewife while the father was working in the sales and marketing. When she was young, she was training as a gymnast; however she did suffer injury that forced her out of sports. When she was only, 12 years old, her height was 173cm while at the age of 14, she had reached 185cm tall.

At the age of 15 years old, she started to play a prominent role in school production of Lady Macbeth. This is when she found out that she wanted to start a stage career despite that she was timid while growing up. When she talked with her parents about this decision, they supported her.

She tried modeling career also and in 2002, a Polly Borland, a photographer noticed her. It is the time that she wanted to start a new project and she was invited to try out a trial photo session. She had to pose nude which helped her to accept her femininity and body. They worked together for over six years.

He played as Jaime Lannister for Games of Thrones.

When Gwendoline Christie was a model, she had long hair but she had to cut it off for Brienne role. Brienne role is about a female warrior who was considered as the ugliest because of being too tall and had a pug nose and freckles.
