Grant Stott, born on 13th May 1967, has been a broadcaster and actor. He had previously been associated with Forth, the radio station Edinburgh, as DJ till January 2017. After that, he has been working with BBC Radio Scotland from January 2017. He has made his mark in journalism as well as acting. Additionally, Grant performs a musical production entitled “Pantomine” each year at Edinburg’s King’s Theatre.

Grant was born in Edinburg, Scotland, and spent his early years there, according to wiki. He has a brother named John Leslie who has been a famous journalist of Scotland. He joined Bruntsfield Primary School. After completing his studies there, he joined James Gillespie’s High School. Later, he left his studies at the high school in 1985 to join police service as a policeman. However, the police service did not prove his cup of tea, and he left that job. Career
At the start of his career, Grant used to host a program entitled “See You See Me” of the BBC Scotland. He hosted the television program of Scotland named “Wemyss Bay 902101” in the year 1993. He also appeared in the children show entitled “Fully Booked” on its inaugural three seasons of BBC Scotland. Afterward, Scott joined STV in the month of August 2006. Grant also anchored “Sportsort” along with Andy Walker. The show had been later shelved in 2008 owing to intense competition from the show entitled “Sportscene” of the BBC Scotland. He anchored a show entitled “50 Years of Scotsport” along with Michelle Watt in the year 2007. After that, Grant presented another show named Hogmanay Live from Edinburg” of the STV.
Grant is also famous for his pantomimes performed each year at King’s Theatre of Edinburg along with Andy Gray and Allan Stewart. He appeared in a number of such shows, and that includes Cinderella 2017, Cinderella 2011, Jack and the Beanstalk 2016, Aladdin 2014, Peter Pan as Captain Hook 2013, and Mother Goose 2012. Scott has also been writing a column in the Edinburg Evening News.
