Diane Neal is American actress who is well known for the role she played as Casey Novak in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and she played since 2003 until 2008. She then started the role again in 2011 until 2012. She was praying the Special Agent Abigail Borin for the NCIS Franchise called NCIS and she was the special guest in the NCIS seventh season where she was a recurring guest star for the NCIS: New Orleans. Neal was born in the state of Virginia in Alexandria and she is a daughter to a math teacher called Christopher Neal and with a Federal attorney and she grew up in the city of Colorado.
