Dean Sheremet is a former dancer, actor and celebrity chef who gained popularity for his failed marriage with the much acclaimed country singer, LeAnn Rimes. The young actor has also starred in the 2001 parody Not Another Teen Movie. Dean was a part of an ensemble cast which included Randy Quaid, Sam Huntington, Cody McMains, Riley Smith, Chris Evans and Chyler Leigh.

Dean Sheremet was born as Dean Allan Sheremet on December 9th, 1980 in Dearborn, a county in Michigan. From a very young age he developed a keen interest towards cooking. He always aspired to become a chef when he grew up. However, he was very multi-faceted and also excelled in dance and acting. He started off as a backup dancer and that is how he met his first wife, country sensation LeAnn Rimes.
Dean and LeAnn met at the Country Music Awards in 2001. Dean was a backup dancer in LeAnn’ show. The couple had a whirlwind romance and quickly got married. The fact that Dean was virtually unknown and LeAnn was a sensation raised eyebrows all over. The couple were married for seven years. They married very young as Dean was 20 and LeAnn was 18 at the time of their marriage.
During the initial few years all was well with the marriage.At this time, Dean also served as LeAnn’s manager and he managed all her bookings and tours. Gradually, the couple fell out of love and differences started cropping up. It was during this time that LeAnn was widely rumored to having an affair with her co-star in Northern Lights, Eddie Cibrian. The rumored affair sparked a lot of controversy as both of them were married.
Shortly after learning about the rumor, Eddie’s wife Brandi Glanville filed for divorce. This sealed the relationship between LeAnn and Dean as well. CAREER:
As far as his career is concerned, Sheremet started off as a backup dancer. He was later scouted and signed to play in the parody movie Not another Teen Movie.
